About Zion Adult Residential Facility

Zion Adult Residential Facility is a Level 4I adult residential facility based in Victorville, California. Established in 2022, we have provided residential home care services to our residents from the Inland Empire. We cater to the needs of adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities between the ages of 18 and 59.

Our Mission Statement

Zion Adult Residential Facility’s mission statement, “Consistently and continually working together to contribute and build a healthy tomorrow for today’s special needs population: our future,” is based on the concept of unconditional care in a nurturing environment. Unconditional care assumes each client needs consistent, dedicated attention regardless of their behavior.

Utilizing Zion Adult Residential Facility’s continuum of care, professional services, and community resources, our goal is to provide stability to the lives of the neediest individuals in our society while making every effort to guide and support them to become productive citizens able to contribute their gifts and talents effectively. All efforts will be made to relate to our clients with compassion and provide them with high-quality, individualized programs within the structure of a loving, nurturing, and stable home.

Our Vision Statement

Zion Adult Residential Facility advocates and promotes client choice, independence, and well-being in a healthy, supportive, and culturally sensitive environment. Our basic philosophy is that every adult with a developmental disability should have the opportunity to live in a neighborhood-based home. Even people with significant behaviors and needing assistance in completing daily tasks can thrive through the implementation of individually designed programs by a well-trained staff.
